Be AT Your Best with Strength Training and Nutrition
About Me
I started to be interested in fitness and nutrition at a young age. I went to military school for six years where I was introduced to the basics of fitness. Waking up at 6am to exercise, or lead 30-60 cadets is no easy task. In military school I was always asked to be an exercise and nutrition coach, because of my own progress in sports performance and getting in shape. After my military education came to an end I proceeded with a career in fitness and nutrition. In 2003 I started to train in the fitness industry. Evolving from large corporate gyms to fancy upscale gyms, I finally decided to train on my own. While training clients, I completed a degree in Exercise and Sport Science with USF. Along with my university studies I also studied with NASM, and The CHEK Institute.
Currently I am a CHEK Level 3 Practitioner. The CHEK program has allowed me to help people with pre/post rehab, weight loss, muscle gain, and of course sports performance. When people come to me to be coached, they have seen everyone they could see to reach their impossible goal. I’ve always believed that my clients can achieve their unattainable goals. With hard work, the proper guidance in lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise and goal is achievable. Whether the goal is to get out of pain, get in shape, or be healthy again, it can be achieved.
Training Philosophy
My coaching looks at the body, mind, and soul as one entity. It would literally be impossible for me to train only one part of a person with the same success. Instead I look at the body’s physiology from the inside out. A person’s sleep, liquid consumption, food consumption, thoughts, and breathing all come into play on their performance. Their performance ultimately will lead to their goal, whatever that may be.
